The wait is over. The 2025/26 Sno Trac snowcat machine is coming soon, and it’s better than ever. Engineered for durability and unmatched performance, Sno Trac remains the most affordable American-made snow vehicle designed to carry up to 7 passengers (including driver) in a heated cab. Whether for work or recreation, it’s built to go where trucks and side-by-sides can’t. It’s still easy to trailer and simple to maintain.

What Makes Sno Trac Different

Custom Options

Every Sno Trac is built for performance, but you can make it your own with upgrades designed for utility, comfort, and adventure.

• Roof Rack with Ladder ($3,500) Aluminum 5052 alloy construction, 200 lb. load capacity. Configurable basket or platform design with a side-mounted ladder (driver or passenger) that folds out of the way when not in use.

• Ski & Snowboard Rack ($200 per set) Laser-cut aluminum with powder coat finish. Bolts directly to the Sno Trac fender side racks, with space for up to four sets. Each set carries one pair of skis with poles or two snowboards. Rubber lining protects gear, while gravity-based loading makes drop-in fast and tool-free.

• Winch & Battery System ($3,500) WARN VRX 45 winch with front/rear hitch mounting. Includes a dedicated accessory battery with auto-charging, heavy-duty copper cabling, and external remote port. Control switch mounted at the driver’s side for ease of use.

• Field Toolkit ($300) A compact, heavy-duty tool bag stocked with high-quality essentials for field repairs. Includes wrenches, sockets, pliers, drivers, Torx keys, a fuse puller, and more — everything you need to keep moving in tough conditions.

• Custom Colors and Configurations available. All Pre-Ordered Sno Trac snowcats can be made with your color of choice, including regular camo or snow camo. Making your Sno Trac as versatile as the terrain it conquers.

2025/26 Model Improvements

The newest Sno Trac evolves with rider comfort, durability, and serviceability in mind. Notable updates include:

• Track Pitch Adjustment: Reduced to 3-3/8" pitch with 84 grousers for smoother ride and longer track life.

• Upgraded Drive Sprockets: 15 teeth for stronger grip and even load distribution.

• Improved Bogie Wheels: Thicker, softer polyurethane better absorbs vibration.

• Enhanced Comfort: Seat cushions now 2" thick and new grab bars for easier entry.

• Serviceability Upgrades: Tool-free dash panels, grommeted wiring pass-throughs, seam-sealed cab joints, and easier cab removal.

• Reinforced Durability: Stronger suspension arms, redesigned flange mounts, protected sensors, and relocated door catch.

• New Details: Updated hood logos and grille branding.

Every improvement was driven by real-world use, keeping Sno Trac reliable, easy to operate, and tougher than the terrain it conquers.
